“What we resist persists.” – Carl Jung

Raise your hand if you’ve ever experienced self-doubt, internal conflict or self-sabotage. (You are not alone!)
We all experience these inner torments, but the question is, what are you doing to deal with these internal struggles? For anyone who struggles with self-judgments, whether you suffer from anxiety, depression, chronic pain or trauma learning to befriend your inner critic is a game changer to suffering.

The reality is the mind is not made up of one unit but many parts that resembles what is referred to as a family system within us. These parts often emerge when we are challenged by life pressures, or when we do not feel safe in our environments, within ourselves, and/or whomever we are interacting with. The most common parts that create a great deal of our suffering is called our Inner Critics. These Inner Critics can become so extreme that it results in psychological disorders, amplification and maintenance of chronic emotional and physical pains.

Please join David Hanscom, MD and Les Aria, PhD, for this skill-based program to help you move towards your True Self and towards a more integrated mind and body. Let us have fun and learn some life changing skills, so you can be the best you—your True Self. During this day-long workshop, David Hanscom, MD and Les Aria, PhD, will walk us through practical skills of how to relate differently to our inner critics. Participants will learn and experience why control is the problem, the neuroscience of predictive coding, why our inner critics are so punishing, identify our top 3 inner critics and how to work with them versus fight with them.

Note: This program will be offered online. See recording specifications below.
