Date & Time
10:00 am - 5:30 pm
Writing can be a powerfully healing and transformative path. Join Diana Raab, author of Writing for Bliss: A Seven-Step Plan for Telling Your Story and Transforming Your Life, on a journey of writing as a path to bliss. Writing blissfully is about being mindful of the messages of your heart and tapping into your authentic voice. In this inspiring workshop, we will experiment with different forms of storytelling, such as prose and poetry, as a path to self-discovery. You will learn that only you can tell your story and that everyone has a different emotional truth. Come write the story you’ve always wanted to write.
Raab will share her own creative process, as well as that of other esteemed writers. You will discover how to find the courage to write, how to create a sacred space, how to cultivate self-awareness, how to speak your truth while learning about the art and power of storytelling. The art of poetry writing will be demystified, as will the steps involved in publishing your work.
