Craft and customize all-natural soaps from scratch to target your own skin needs! En Tsao will lead you through making 4 different kinds of vegan, clay loaves of soap—that’s approximately 16 bars of your very own creations to enjoy or share with loved ones. We will also study the benefits of natural clays and explore how to integrate them with skin-loving botanicals. You’ll leave this class with increased knowledge of natural, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial soap; essential oils, base oils for your skin; superfatting, colorants, and more.
Note: A materials fee of $30 is to be paid to the instructor for essential oils, colorants, herbs, clays, base oils, etc. and resources.

En Tsao is a practicing herbalist and a maker of vegan clay skincare and has over 10 years of experience making topical, natural skin food. Born and raised in Singapore, she infuses her eastern roots with western herbs to primarily focus on formulating herbal and minimal products that specialize in the different clays of the earth. She is the founder of Even Keel in Brooklyn, NY.
