This workshop provides the information and tools necessary for creating a good death and ensuring your end-of-life wishes are fulfilled. There are a myriad of decisions to be made when our body begins to decline, but this is when we are most vulnerable. Knowing your options ahead of time, understanding the implications for each choice, and sharing your informed decisions with loved-ones relieve anxiety and soften pain; so you can let go of this world in peace. Open to end-of-life caregivers, death doulas, and anyone wishing to have a peaceful death free from suffering.
Join us for this very informative thought-provoking workshop with Olivia Bareham, founder of Sacred Crossings Institute for Conscious Dying. Olivia is a death midwife with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and their families create conscious, peaceful transitions.
Stories, meditations, film clips, written and group exercises support the information shared. Advance Directives will be completed in the class.
