What You’ll Learn

Connect with Your Core Self. Step away from your hectic day to quiet your mind and nourish your soul with a thirty-minute meditation experience. Learn simple Kundalini Yoga breathing techniques and meditations that reduce stress, increase your focus, balance your emotions and magnify your presence.

This session takes place in a chair and will include:

    • simple physical warm ups
    • breathing techniques
    • deep relaxation
    • and meditation

Feel refreshed and re-energized! Beginners and experienced meditators welcome. No change of clothes or yoga mat needed.


Note: This program will be offered online. Sessions of all our online programs will be recorded and shared with registrants after each is completed for a limited time only.
