Integrative Hypnosis for Chronic Pain

What You’ll Learn

Self-hypnosis, done correctly, can be a highly effective way to radically reduce or even, in many cases, eliminate chronic physical and emotional pain. When combined with certain “energy psychology” techniques, it can also be a powerful tool that takes us well beyond pain management into deeper states of healing and wellness. It can help us clear emotional blocks and self-induce trance states that afford us access to profound insights that permit us to penetrate often hidden emotional aspects of chronic conditions. Pain is a signal to pay attention, and self-hypnosis can be an excellent way to dissect and address the underlying causes of pain.

Note: Self-hypnosis is not a replacement for a thorough medical examination of serious pain.
