The weight loss equation has changed; it’s not simply eat healthy and it will work out. The new equation includes hormones, gut microbiome, inflammation, sleep, connection, emotions, beliefs, food and exercise. Dana will take you through this group of factors so that you can identify which areas are holding you back from sustained weight loss.
Discover your source of self-worth as the root of self-sabotage and difficult to break habits. Which are your dominant hormones, how they influence body shape, and how to recreate your body with food, supplements and lifestyle. Additional topics include: convenience eating, reward eating, comfort eating, and what to do about it.
Note: This workshop will include handouts and exercises to practice.
