Robin Rose Bennett
In this series, WiseWoman herbalist and author Robin Rose Bennett will share her expertise on how to create and maximize the use of herbal remedies to nourish, heal, and maintain the health of three of the body’s primary systems.
We will explore:
- herbs to support the nervous system
- nervines and adaptogens to address stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, pain and more
- herbs for the digestive system to help us better assimilate the nutrients that support our emotional, mental and physical well-being and eliminate what our bodies can’t use
- herbs to support the immune system to prevent and alleviate illness
There are antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral herbs that can safely and effectively be used. Come away with recipes for teas, syrups, baths, and a new or deeper understanding of how to naturally support your health.
Note: A $15 materials fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of the program.
