Date & Time
10:00 am - 5:30 pm
Feeling stuck? Do you love to write, or is it torture? Either way, you wish you were doing more of it. Through a series of prompts, exercises, artistic play, and a highly developed understanding of the creative process, Jennifer Mattson will teach you how to ride the wave past writer’s block toward inspiration. In this class, you will create an individual writing practice based on powerful mindfulness techniques that explore when, where, and how you like to write—you will hit the page when you’re most inspired. Learn to create and take home a plan for a sustainable writing practice; learn to write 15 minutes a day, and avoid common mistakes that keep writers stuck.
Note: Bring a pen and paper.
