Sergio Magaña (Ocelocoyotl)
Discover an ancient Mesoamerican practice that uses the Black Obsidian mirror as a way to enter into the unconscious mind, used to remove negative repetitive patterns, past life issues, and to cleanse forces of our shadow-selves (fighter, egotist, etc) that limit our growth and prosperity. In this workshop we will learn the Toltec method of breathwork, meditation, and visualization to change our perception and access altered states.
We will learn to use the obsidian mirror as a healing tool for ourselves and others on several levels. This practice awakens our inner wisdom, opens our vision and with continued practice, removes our resistance to change and limited thinking, creating space for positive behavioral shifts, manifestation of goals, and the mastering of life in a clear, new direction.
Note: There will be a $40 materials fee for the obsidian (volcanic glass) mirror, made in Mexico. Recommended for health professionals.
