Just as the body is able to heal itself so can the mind. Traya (three in sanskrit) is so named because it is a mind, body, spirit practice that provides a new way of engaging with the subtle body, healing the chakras, and purifying the mind. Traya is wrapped in the fabric of yoga psychology, yet is also completely new. The mind is energy and, until it is met on an energetic level, we cannot really change it. Learn about subtle body anatomy discoveries, including a “new” secondary chakra system and the important role it plays in human psychology. Learn why it is essential to engage with the subtle body and how to go about such engagement. Learn how Traya can transform negative thoughts and feelings and enhance your meditation and yoga practice by developing a working relationship with the subtle body.
