Date & Time
10:00 am - 5:30 pm
Based on the work of Carl Jung, SoulCollage® is a gentle, relaxing modality for exploring your inner self. Whether you are recovering from a loss, suffering from acute stress, PTSD, trauma, addiction, confused about what path to take, or looking for your soul’s purpose, this workshop will give you access to your inner guidance.
By using images found in magazines, you create small collages with a message from your soul that becomes clear to your conscious mind through the SoulCollage® dialogue. This process engages your creative, unconscious mind, and intuition, while stimulating your brain’s visual, auditory, and kinesthetic awareness. It’s fun and may lead to altered states, awareness, relaxation, and greater clarity.
Note: SoulCollage® is not therapy or medical help, available to non-artists to professionals, part of an Arts in Medicine programs in New York City’s hospitals, offering assistance to medical staff who are fatigued, on burnout, or psychologically rundown. A materials fee of $15 is payable to the instructor for images (this is not a registration fee).
