Regardless of age or physical limitations, everyone can learn self-healing and health maintenance techniques with Yamuna® Body Rolling. YBR® organizes the body’s systems in a way that allows relief from pain and increased range of motion. Using specialized 6- to 10-inch therapy balls and other props created by visionary Yamuna Zake, you will learn routines for the entire body. The ball and positioning help activate what is underused in the body and reduce the impact on what is overused. We will move slowly and organically to release tension in the body, rebalance muscles, and realign joints. With Yamuna® Body Rolling, you will experience remarkable changes in your body after just one class and gain the ability to “work on yourself” anytime, anywhere.

Melyssa Davis, MSM, YBR®, RYT, a holistic movement practitioner and instructor certified in multiple modalities, specializes in practices that eliminate pain and promote optimal function, balance, and overall wellness. Melyssa is a registered yoga teacher since 2005, a Reiki practitioner, and a professional reflexologist. She is certified to teach Yamuna Foot Fitness, Integral Hatha Yoga, MELT Method® Hand and Foot, Yamuna® Body Rolling, and Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga.
