Revitalize and restore yourself through movement, standing meditation, self-massage, and breath work from the rich tradition of Taoism. Sharon Smith, a 40-year practitioner of Qigong and Taoist internal arts, will introduce you to Qigong practice and the skillful use of energy to create more flow, harmony, and balance in your life. By practicing the connection between the mind, body position, intention, and breath, you can move into the Qigong “state” and activate the conditions for healing. As you combine breath with intention to help release energy blockages and move stagnant chi, you will enhance your health and happiness.
At the end of this series you will have many easy-to-practice tools to enhance our health and happiness.
