A Two-Day Workshop
Saturday & Sunday, March 27 – 28, 2021, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm ET
The Ancient Nahuatl peoples believed that events in our awake states come directly from our dream state, and therefore, we can learn how to recreate and change the direction our life takes through our dreams. During these times, the practice of conscious dreaming was only available to the most elite of people, and the practice only survived by a secret oral tradition passed down through the ages.
This weekend, Sergio, one of a handful of teachers in Mexico trained in the Toltec lineage of lucid dreaming, will teach us how to navigate our dreams at will.
Note: This program will be offered online. It will be recorded and shared with registrants after each online program for a limited time only.
In this workshop, we will learn how to:
- release unwanted energies of the past
- connect with our dream state (nahual)
- then evoke a state of dreaming (ensoñacion) to facilitate lucid dreams, where we are in complete control of our dream
- environment/narrative; learn to remember our dreams
- transform difficult dreams and refocus them for positive outcomes
- plant “seeds” in dreams to appear into our waking life
- interpret dreams with messages
- invite and recognize ancestors and wise helpers into our dreams to benefit from their guidance
- and much more
