Date & Time
10:00 am - 5:30 pm
The most profound medicine is produced within the human body and is easy to access. Qigong is being used in hospitals, school systems, spas, fitness centers, yoga centers, social service agencies – even golf clubs and the military. Why? Because our society is learning that it is better and less expensive to empower people to heal themselves than to treat them. Many diseases are preventable and can be healed through Qigong methods that are easy to learn and practice.
You will learn and practice accessible techniques and methods of:
- posture adjustment and gentle body movement
- powerful but simple breath practices
- stress neutralizing meditation and visualization
- simple self applied massage
Dr. Jahnke is widely respected for making the idea of the “medicine within” and its simple practices accessible to people of all levels of experience.
