The Collaboratory is an insight-filled highly interactive learning lab helping forward-thinking leaders become radically collaborative. We believe that collaborative skills are essential for leading in the 21st century, and we are committed to supporting leaders, teams, and individuals in becoming competent at using them.
Incorporating the best of behavioral science and experiential learning, along with psychology, evolutionary biology, and play, participants gain insights into themselves, the human condition, and the real value proposition of collaboration—building more conscious companies, which leads to employee satisfaction, higher productivity, increased profitability, and a positive impact on society as a whole. You will come away with best practices for building collaborative skills and cultivating the mindset and attitude necessary to use them effectively.
