Join Integrative Sound & Music Certificate program alumni for a multi-sensory immersive “surround-sound” sonic experience. It’s an opportunity to continue pushing the limits of sound and entrainment, coming together as a community in reverence to sound & silence. These programs feature the profound talents of the alumni of our Program as we bring together people to listen deeply and connect. The evening is curated by Sound and Music Institute alumnus Eileen Moran of Architects of Experience.

New York Open Center
Eileen Moran, Sound and Music Institute alumnus, is a certified therapeutic sound practitioner, director of programs at You Can Thrive! Foundation, and founder of Architects of Experience, a retreat and event production company. She cocreated the monthly practicum lab for the Integrative Sound and Music certificate program at the New York Open Center with Chris Cherney, and is now a course coordinator. For nearly two decades Eileen has been studying and practicing healing arts modalities around the world. Her specialty is creating conscious community by curating immersive programming with therapeutic sound, botanical medicine, meditation, yoga, integrative therapies, and movement. An aromatherapist, Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra meditation teacher, herbalist, and event producer, Eileen is a GWU Business School graduate and has studied with masters of sonotherapy and curanderas in Mexico at the Universidad Intercultural del Estado de México (UIEM).
Basia Blonska is a classically trained flutist and has been a professional musician for over 20 years. She received her MA in music performance. Her passion for music expanded beyond performing and teaching,as she developed profound interest in learning about healing and transformational affects of sound and music. More
Michael Jay is one of the first US students of Grand GongMaster Don Conreaux. He is a primary member of Don’s Mysterious Tremendom performance group, and continues to study and assist him with Gong Trainings regularly while Don is in the US. Michael is also a facilitator of Sage Academy of Sound Energy retreats and trainings, and is also periodically involved with the Open Center as a facilitator in their Sound And Music Institute program. You may additionally find him offering sound baths most Mondays at The Assemblage on John Street.
