Caryn Scotto d’Luzia
Discover how empowering somatic awareness techniques, exercises, and movement can improve your inner life. Caryn has developed 10 self-relating principles to resolve unconscious inner conflicts, inhibitions, shame, and trauma. This approach harnesses neuroscience, somatic awareness, heart chakra presence, internal/external movement, and embodied techniques.
Through a combination of experiential and embodied exercises, pair explorations, and group work, we tune into our nervous system and other people’s biorhythms, and then choose how we relate to the collective field. As the weeks go by, you will experience increasing inner peace and relief. Participants come away with an anchored experience of greater presence, confidence, worth, and belonging, as well as tools that continue to allow these shifts to unfold.
Note: This course is more experiential than theoretical. Rather than hours of lecture or discussion, the cognitive mind is given downtime while the rest of who we are is given space to show up. The process unfolds from the body and then finds its way into the whole self. Journaling, verbal check ins and our rational thoughts play an important role in the integration phases, but proprietary embodied techniques taught live by the developer of Empowered Self Relating will form the basis of the unfolding work. If you’re looking to develop highly effective, cutting-edge skills, have fun, and experience yourself differently, join us!
