Contemporary science is now validating the profound benefits of the ancient Chinese practice of qigong. In this workshop, qigong master Robert Peng and creativity expert Michael Gelb (author of the bestselling How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci) team up to teach us how to increase our vitality and creative energy to empower every aspect of our lives. The material covered will include: the “Three Treasures” standing meditation practice, designed to boost our wisdom, vitality, and capacity to love; practices involving movement, breathing, intention and visualization to help us access our deep intuition and creativity; meditative approaches to everyday activities such as lying down, sitting, standing, walking and breathing that radically reduce physical tension, stress and anxiety; and exercises to awaken our senses, promote creative thinking and heighten consciousness. The day will end with a group healing session, followed by a book signing.

Michael J. Gelb, a leading authority on the application of genius thinking to personal and organizational development, is the author of the bestseller How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci. Michael is a master teacher of the Alexander Technique and the author of BodyLearning. He is a 5th degree black belt in aikido and the originator of the Super Qi Summit.
