Contemporary science is now validating the profound benefits of the ancient Chinese practice of qigong. The material covered will include: the “Three Treasures” standing meditation practice, designed to boost our wisdom, vitality, and capacity to love; practices involving movement, breathing, intention and visualization to help us access our deep intuition and creativity; meditative approaches to everyday activities such as lying down, sitting, standing, walking and breathing that radically reduce physical tension, stress and anxiety; and exercises to awaken our senses, promote creative thinking and heighten consciousness.
