Group Breathing for Body & Voice with Jean McClelland: Staying Upright in Challenging Times

For most people the last few months have taken a tremendous toll on our psyche, body and voice. On day four take part in group exercises that integrate the Alexander Technique and principles of breathing coordination to help you improve your breathing, revitalize your body, strengthen your voice and reduce stress and anxiety in ways that are lasting.
