Polarity Immersion: Certificate Training Module Towards Becoming a Craniosacral Practitioner

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

This is the recommended foundational workshop for the Craniosacral Unwinding Practitioner Certificate Training. The module can be taken on its own, as an individual program and is open to everyone.

This course provides an immersive introduction to the history, theory and the polarity style of bodywork developed by Dr. Randolph Stone (1890-1981). An osteopath, chiropractor and naturopath, he sought to integrate Eastern and Western approaches to healing modalities such as reflexology, acupressure, craniosacral balancing, yoga and Ayurveda.

Utilizing hands-on contacts, toning, breathing and gentle counseling techniques, this work embodies a full holistic health care system and can be used to empower other modalities as well. Students will learn a protocol that can be weaved into other bodywork therapy modalities, comprising of 27 techniques that help integrate body, mind and spirit. This class is recommended to anyone in the helping field as well as people who want to learn how to help their family and friends with simple yet profound therapeutic tools for relieving the stress and trauma of everyday life. It opens the door to life-energy-based living, being and practice. This class as the other ICSU classes is perfect for in-person as well as distance healing paradigms. People learn the fine art of energy anatomy, orienting, being and practice for the self and others.

Fundamentals of Polarity Therapy
How to perform a full hour-long session integrating all of the techniques learnt
How life energy relates to the world and healing
How the human energy field which surrounds the body, works
The energetic map of the body consisting of the blueprint of the physical body, feelings, fears, beliefs and perceptions
How to feel the flow of energy within and around the physical body
Sensing the different energetic layers, with a pulse that can be measured
How to affect currents of energy with specific forms of touch
Feel the energy that can guide us to parts of the body that need healing
How to “process” energy blocks through sounding and breathing techniques.
