At a time of year when our bodies may be sluggish from the winter blahs, Organ Cleansing Qigong is the perfect antidote for recharging the immune system. In this evening workshop, renowned qigong teacher Daisy Lee will share qigong practices proven to gently detoxify the body of cellular debris and stagnant energy to improve numerous health conditions. Practitioners have reported a reduction in inflammation, weight loss, improved digestion, a reduction in use of anti-depressant and anti-anxiety drugs, more radiant skin, and a more hopeful outlook on life.

Daisy Lee is certified as a Level III Advanced Qigong Instructor and Clinical Practitioner by the National Qigong Association of America, and a past board member on the International Qigong Science Association in Beijing. She has studied and taught qigong for almost 20 years. Her students include Vietnam war veterans, Olympic athletes, the deaf community, hospice caregivers, and women in shelters.
