Kate Mitcheom, MSN, CNM, RYT, certified senior teacher of Brown University’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR), has been practicing and teaching mindfulness and meditation for more than 20 years. She trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn, originator of MBSR,and founded the MBSR program at Fair Haven Community Health Center. Kate is an advanced yoga instructor, retreat facilitator, and trainer. She has taught mindfulness to a wide audience, from high school students to executive management teams.
