Abandonment is a deep and primal fear and the source of most of our anxiety and self-defeating behaviors. Susan Anderson, founder of the Abandonment Recovery Movement, will share powerful tools of emotional and spiritual healing to help reverse the effects of the underlying abandonment wound and overcome self-sabotage.
Learn how to:
- resolve each of the five stages of abandonment (shattering, withdrawal, internalizing, rage, and lifting).
- create change through mind-body exercises that act like physical therapy for the brain
- conquer “outer child” patterns such as “abandoholism”
- make new connections
Whether we’ve experienced a recent breakup, have lingering wounds from the past, or are struggling to find a relationship, this workshop will propel our growth, restore our selfhood, and increase our capacity for love.
