Particularly helpful in alleviating symptoms of stress, anxiety, and fatigue—especially for caregivers—Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self Care is an easy to learn, energetic, mind-body-spirit practice that uses light touch on both sides of the body.
In this experiential workshop, Teri Meissner, Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self Care Instructor, will guide you through simple exercises to use on yourself and others. When you need some TLC, Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an important and valuable practice to keep you in balance.
