Hidden loyalties to our history—whether to our parents or the deeper lineage—often create a powerful undertow, even as we attempt to move forward in our lives. The patterns of self-sabotage we find ourselves caught in may actually reflect unconscious systemic agreements into which we are born.
Family Constellations, a radical experiential wellness approach, was assembled by psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. It seeks to uncover the events that set our secret agreements into motion, from slavery and war to the early death of a parent, or loss of a child. Once seen, these same events can become the missing links between the despair of the past and a more optimistic future.
Suzi Tucker is a deeply experienced teacher of this approach, will introduce the foundational observations of the work, and guide participants into a realm of greater freedom. Attendees will not only think their “a-ha moments,” they will be able to experience them, allowing for deeper understanding, and more lasting change. Stepping into a field of greater liberation allows for renewed vitality and joy—it is both a gift to our ancestors, and to those for whom we are already ancestors.
