Date & Time
10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Priscilla Bright, MA
Those with caregiving empathic natures are often better at taking care of others then themselves, and need to reduce their levels of anxiety, stress, and worry, and build more emotional wellbeing and healthier energy boundaries. This workshop teaches the latest powerful neuroscience techniques for emotional healing and resilience, and utilizes energy awareness to deepen the healing benefit of the work. Also woven thorough the teachings are beautiful ceremonial moments with drums and singing bowls that support deeper intuitive embodiment of the material. The day is centered around gentle deep positive-neuroplasticity exercises with partners and small groups, leading to many “ah ha” moments, and a sense of “coming home” to your inner wholeness. Together we will recapture our joy and positive life force!!
