Discover the energetics of herbs and how to match specific herbs with a person’s symptoms. In this workshop with renowned herbalist David Winston, we will explore the tastes, qualities, and unique properties of herbs. Indigenous forms of medicine use a system of energetics to understand an herb’s properties and its effect on each individual according to the symptoms they present. Drawing from both Cherokee and Chinese medicine, we will learn simple techniques that allow for the effective, accurate, and safe use of herbs.
Note: This is not a beginner’s class. You must have some previous experience studying herbalism.
