Whether the death of a loved one or a beloved pet, a divorce, home foreclosure, or job loss, we all experience painful losses in life that affect us deeply, leaving lasting scars. We are often expected to soldier on and bury our feelings. In this workshop we will work in a circle of safety, with techniques practiced by shamans across time to learn how to: journey to access the spiritual realm; track grief and its effect on us; conduct ceremonies to honor loss, release grief, and/or honor a new vision of ourselves for full integration, bringing healing to all areas of our lives.
