Experience introspective and ecstatic practices of the ancient wisdom traditions of the Yoga of Sound (Nada Yoga), Ayurveda (India’s herbal energetic medicine system), Qi-Gong, and Sufism. This unique experiential workshop will journey deep into sacred movement and music chanting and spiritual mindfulness practices, drawing from the hidden wisdom of the traditions of the East. These practices will open your heart, cultivate compassion, and deepen your inner explorations. Research shows that these practices also promote heath by lowering stress, anxiety, depression, and anger, while impacting the structure and function of the brain in ways that enhance memory, cognition, and awareness.
A life-transforming journey to your inner world, this workshop is experiential (not lecture-based) and based on Yuval Ron’s work with master spiritual teachers of the East and neuroscientists of the West. Its focus is to provide a deep spiritual experience through sound meditation, sacred movement, ecstatic chanting meditations, and live Oud music by Yuval Ron.
