Hypnosis can help us regain a sense of ease in our lives so we can create the life we love. Dr. Milton H. Erickson believed that through trance and storytelling he could help his patients develop a functional and cooperative relationship between their conscious and unconscious minds.
In this series, led by internationally recognized expert in Ericksonian Hypnosis, Doug O’Brien, we will learn to use the powerful tools of self-hypnosis and therapeutic trance to overcome fears, reduce stress, and create new positive habits to transform our daily lives. We will also learn to guide others into a therapeutic trance through storytelling.
