Date & Time
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Nighttime dreaming and writing make perfect bedfellows. Tapping into the intersection of these two universal and powerful modalities will allow us to home in on the wisdom of our dreaming minds and supercharge our writing.
Exercises, games, and guided meditations in a safe, supportive atmosphere will help us:
•Quiet the inner censor
•Tune into our subconscious minds
•Unleash our creative potential.
The result? A magical blend of personal insight and lively written work, including journal entries, poems, stories, memoir, and more.
We will leave the workshop feeling nourished and refreshed with a ready supply of writing prompts inspired by dream imagery to continue a colorful and constructive journaling practice incorporating daily experiences, dreams, and the creative soul.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to increase self-awareness, reinvigorate their creativity, and connect to themselves and others in a unique and affirming way.
