Dance is one of our most ancient, transformative rituals. From the whirling dervishes to the Shakers, from the ballroom to the rave, people have danced for joy, cleansing, and clarity.
No dance experience is required to join this powerful, joy-filled movement experience. It’s for every body and any age. All you need is a willingness to:
•Explore ecstatic movement and deep stillness
•Cleanse from your core through your pores
•Free and refresh your body, mind, and heart
Whether you feel comfortable on the dance floor or not, this practice will have you letting go before you know it!
