In this workshop, we will learn about Chinese tonic herbalism, part of an approach to wellness that focuses on protecting and strengthening our foundational energies, also known as the Three Treasure:
The condition of the Treasures influences spiritual power, how we adapt to change, and longevity and quality of life. We will make several potent herbal elixirs that balance and nurture the Treasures by:
We will also harness the energies of the seasons by designing powerful rituals with our herbal allies.
Note: A fee of $15 will be paid directly to the presenter for elixir supplies; handouts with recipes for teas, seasonal herbal elixirs and medicinal wines; and outlines for daily rituals.

She skillfully weaves the traditions of Chinese Medicine, Daoism, Ayurveda, Western herbalism, and shamanic practices. Inga’s purpose is to cultivate a deeper connection with the nature and activate our body’s innate intelligence through the practices rooted in ancient traditions. She teaches in the US and Europe.
