Date & Time
10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Our universal life force flows into the physical body through chakras, which are spinning vortexes along the spine and other places where universal energy flows into our physical body. When we stimulate them through movement or sound, more energy flows into our being. Jeff Migdow has spent the past 20 years exploring the chakra system. Join him for a deeply enriching experience as we explore the anatomy of our chakras and their connection to our physical health, mental and emotional well-being, and spiritual evolution. Through applied practice, we will learn how to balance and strengthen the flow of energy through the chakras using sound, touch, simple yoga practices, and powerful imagery techniques. Your understanding of chakras will be enhanced by the afternoon workshop on The Tibetan Five Rites that work with the seven energy chakras.
