Learn powerful healing and transformative meditative practices from the Kundalini Yoga tradition to release tensions and blocked energy, balance emotions, increase vitality, and create a deeper sense of connectedness. Exercises during each session take place in chairs and include breathing techniques, simple stretches, meditations, mantras, and deep relaxation. With these practices, begin to develop mastery of your mind and energy. Learn techniques that encourage less identification with thoughts and negative emotions by acknowledging a deeper knowing.
