In this class, Ayurvedic physician (known as Ayurvedacharya) and aesthetician Naina Marballi will give pulse readings to assess imbalances, guide us in finding and understanding our own unique constitution (prakriti), and explain how we can use this deeper knowledge of ourselves to create an optimal diet to find and maintain balance and wellness.
Naina will also discuss:
