In this experiential evening workshop, based on Loch’s book, The Way of Effortless Mindfulness, you will learn effective micro-meditations. “Effortless mindfulness” is an advanced yet simple form of mindfulness that can be practiced with eyes open in the midst of our busy lives. Effortless mindfulness glimpses can immediately introduce you to your awake, loving nature that is already within you.

Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW is an author, licensed psychotherapist and recognized leader in the field of meditation. He is the founder of the non-profit, Open-Hearted Awareness Institute and has worked in community mental health. Loch has studied in Sri Lanka, India and at Columbia University. Loch collaborates with neuroscientists to study awakening and compassion.
