3 Easy Tips on How to Use Essential Oils
By Marc Gian
Quick Tip 1:
Do you feel overly stressed or anxious at work or in social situations?
Geranium is known to be a calming and uplifting oil. It is a great choice to calm our minds and relax our nervous system. Try using one drop of oil on a tissue, handkerchief or scarf and place it about five inches from your nose. Take a slow and deep inhalation through your nose and then a relaxed exhalation. Practice this a few times a day, and you are more than likely to experience a calmer mind and environment.
Quick Tip 2
Are you looking for more focus, concentration, and better memory? Rosemary has been shown to increase memory.
You will also learn many other benefits of Rosemary, include aiding digestion, increasing assertiveness, and supporting your immune support system.
Quick Tip 3:
Did you know that Peppermint may alleviate acute neck pain? Peppermint is known to stop pain. In Chinese medicine, it has the Release the Exterior (an action in Chinese Medicine that prevents the incoming pathogen from lodging deeper into the body, and also pushes it to the surface to be released).
Try this next time your neck is sore. In a tablespoon of Jojoba oil, place three drops of Peppermint essential oil and gently massage into the area of pain and then add a warm compress to the area.
