Will Johnson

The purpose of sitting meditation is to help us let go of the mental conditioning and tensions that keep our essential nature obscured. During this intensive workshop, we will first focus on establishing the optimal posture for meditation, one that offers each of us alignment, relaxation and resilience, all three essential for deep meditation. Through establishing this base, we can then work to allow and experience a breath that, as the Buddha suggested, can move through the entire being on each inhalation and exhalation, permitting us to enter far deeper states of awareness.

Note: For beginning and advanced meditators alike. Sitting cushions will be provided, but please bring your own if you have one.
