The topics covered will include: the warning signs of stress; stress management and prevention; how to increase our stress tolerance; differentiating “good” from “bad” stress; the three phases of stress and their impacts on the cardiovascular system, blood chemistry, emotions, mental states and performance; how to use kinesiology muscle testing and neurovascular reflex points on oneself and others to release stress; and how to use breathing, exercise, nutrition and humor in long-term stress management.
