Reflexology is a healing modality based on the principle that there are specific points on the feet that relate to every part of the body and that applying pressure to the correct points on the foot can help relieve conditions in the corresponding parts of the body as well as generally release stress, enhance circulation, balance energy flow, and induce deep relaxation. In this workshop we will delve into the fundamentals of this effective but easy-to-learn healing art, including the “map” of the foot, how to administer a complete relaxation protocol that is the cornerstone of the whole method, the five basic reflexology techniques, and much more.

Free introductory class on Thursday, March 29, at 6pm.
