Our new location is in the Madison Square Park North Neighborhood, above Union Square and Gramercy Park, east of Chelsea and Herald Square, and close to three subway lines. Our address is 22 East 30th Street, between Madison Avenue and 5th Avenue (map). The neighborhood has some of New York’s finest art galleries, hotels, restaurants, and shops. There is off-the-street parking on 30th Street and 29th Street. Our well-lit rooms have a seating capacity of up to 140 people. All rooms have high ceilings with a lot of character. Depending on the room, the floors are hardwood, or wall-to-wall carpeting. We will also have a charming bookstore and cafe, and a peaceful meditation room, open to the public.

Prices for room rentals range from $80 to $300 per hour. Day rates can also apply.

We also have extensive equipment availavble for rent that can accommodate most basic presentation and audio/visual needs.

The rental rooms come with chairs and tables. The rooms are setup and broken down for the clients.

THE GRAND ROOM
Beautiful spacious room suitable for special events, lectures, workshops. One wall has floor-to-ceiling windows. Room size 1637 square feet. Lecture style seating for 130 people.

THE STUDIO
Zen-like room with windows on the far wall. Wooden floors. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors on one wall. Suitable for dance class, yoga class, special events, lectures, workshops. Room size 1147 square feet.

Hourly Rates:
Prices range from $145 to $180 per hour.

ROOM 3A
Lovely room with windows, suitable for workshops and small lectures. Room size 600 square feet. Seats 45 people lecture style.

Prices range from $100 to $125 per hour.

ROOM 3B
Lovely room perfect for classroom space, wall-to-wall carpeting. Room size 465 square feet. Seats 32 people lecture style.
