Susan Anderson, CSW

Abandonment is the most primal human fear and the main underlying issue of most emotional distress. Susan Anderson, the founder of the Abandonment Recovery Movement, will share with us a highly effective program of emotional and spiritual healing that will gives us the means to reverse the universal wound of abandonment and overcome self-sabotaging behaviors. We will learn specific exercises for each of the five stages of abandonment (shattering, withdrawal, internalizing, rage and lifting) and 12 steps of healing from abandonment. Whether you’re experiencing a recent breakup or a lingering wound from the past, this workshop can help you restore your sense of self and increase your capacity for love.
