For thousands of years, breathing and concentration techniques, along with the profound practice of meditation, have proven to be powerful means to purify the body and mind to more fully express our fullest human potential. In this class we will experientially learn how breath practices calm the mind and nervous system, enabling a sparkling clarity that makes easier our capacity to hold our attention as we engage in various techniques of concentration. Further, we will experience how breath and concentration practice naturally enhance our practice of meditation—allowing for deep absorption in our true nature as peace, clarity and joy.
