Jed Schwartz
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that harmonizes mind, body and spirit while reducing the daily tension and stress that accumulate through normal living. This gentle hands-on method utilizes 26 "safety locks" along the body’s main energy pathways to remove blockages or stagnation in our energy flow.
This class will teach us basic self-help techniques we can use to first, experience the movement of energy in our body through the placement of our hands at precise places in specific sequences, and then to apply gentle touch to stimulate and restore the harmonious circulation of energy.
A WEEKLY COURSE (3 sessions) Tuesdays July 8–22, 6–7:30pm 08SBM05T Approved for CEUs Members: $70 / Nonmembers: $80 [CLICK TO REGISTER]
