Kris Carr and Marisa Acocella Marchetto
Come explore the healing link between the mind, body and imagination with Kris Carr, author of Crazy Sexy Cancer Tips and Marisa Acocella Marchetto, celebrated cartoonist and author of the best-selling graphic novel Cancer Vixen, as they share their experiences of overcoming adversity by tapping their spiritual fire and creative muse through writing and images. They will teach us that to unleash our artistic mojo is the best way to set a blow torch to our fear, ignite our healing capacity and awaken to freedom.
This evening will include: creating a group vision board; sharing our dreams and stories in a supportive group; and then diving into creative writing and drawing exercises. Discover how to refuse to be a victim and to make your dreams become action.
Note: Bring a pen, journal, red lipstick, pictures, glue and any image or tool you think could help dissolve what holds you back.
