We all function with not just one, but five bodies, or maya koshas (the subtle bodies). Our physical body is best known, yet it does not function alone. The bodies of energy, thought and emotion, higher wisdom, and peace all must come into alignment for deep healing relaxation to happen. In this workshop, through relaxation exercises, we will explore and experience these five layers that cover our true self and gain an understanding of the obstacles that keep us from experiencing the peace of our true nature.

She is the author of The Healing Path of Yoga and, most recently, The Secret Power of Yoga.
