Ravi Hari Kaur Khalsa
This evening, we will use the ancient techniques of Kundalini Yoga—breath, sound, postures, movement and mantras—to “plant the seeds” of authentic joy in our lives, the kind of abiding and enduring joy that brings deep inner peace and contentment and that comes to us when we are connected to a sense of the infinite or the divine within and all around us. We will focus on techniques that help us: boost our vitality and fill us with abundant life force; experience a deep sense of gratitude and awe; cultivate a centered, meditative mind state and experience inner stillness; joyfully practice a spiritual golden rule: “do unto yourself as lovingly as you do unto others;” and activate and access our inner wisdom.
Note: This class will be mostly experiential. Come prepared to move and to be moved. Students at all levels are welcome; no previous experience is necessary.
AN EVENING WORKSHOP Friday, May 2, 7–10pm 08WBY00M Members: $35 / Nonmembers: $40
